Isherwood: Queen’s union-busters are looting Qantas and Australia—nationalise the airline

The only way to save Qantas from the gang of union-busters and financial looters, hatched from Queen Elizabeth’s Rio Tinto Kindergarten, who’ve hijacked the world’s best airline to loot it to death, is for the Commonwealth government to renationalise it, declared Citizens Electoral Council leader Craig Isherwood today.

“The government must renationalise Qantas to guarantee a national airline service and keep it Australian,” Isherwood said.

“The agenda and pedigree of all the conspirators in the current assault on the Qantas business, the Qantas unions, and now the Australian public were exposed by the CEC in its explosive 1998 pamphlet, STOP the British Crown plot to crush Australia’s unions.

“This is the Rio Tinto Kindergarten—the union-busting thugs incubated in Rio Tinto during the 1980s and early 1990s who ran the campaigns to smash unionism in the mines, in Telstra, and on the waterfront.

“Rio Tinto, the jewel of the Anglo-Dutch raw materials cartel, is owned by the Queen herself; it took the point on smashing unions to remove opposition to the wave the economic rationalist ‘reforms’ initiated in the late 1970s by John Howard and John Hewson, and implemented by Bob Hawke and Paul Keating, under orders from the City of London banks.

“The reforms were designed by the fascist Mont Pelerin Society, the British Crown’s economic warfare unit formed in 1947 with funds organised by Royal Family financier Harley Drayton, which operates in Australia through various fronts including the Institute of Public Affairs (IPA), the Tasman Institute [now defunct], The Centre for Independent Studies (CIS), and the dedicated union-busting think tank the HR Nicholls Society.”

Isherwood named the key players in the current Qantas crisis who were exposed in STOP the British Crown plot to crush Australia’s unions.

• Qantas chairman Leigh Clifford, former CEO of Rio Tinto
• Qantas director and former CEO James Strong, formerly on the advisory council of the Tasman Institute
• Qantas lawyers Freehills, formerly Freehill Hollingdale & Page, Rio Tinto’s lawyers, and the lawyers for other union-busting operations, such as the mercenary-employing Patrick Stevedores
• Fair Work Australia President Geoffrey Giudice, who was originally appointed to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission by HR Nicholls fanatic Peter Reith, is a former Rio Tinto lawyer, who represented the Queen’s union-busting thugs on 17 separate occasions
• Macquarie Bank, Rio Tinto’s investment bankers, who ran the [failed] private equity takeover of Qantas in 2007, which if successful would have destroyed the company, and whose sharks are still circling

He continued, “The unions are focusing on Alan Joyce, the angry leprechaun rolling in clover and hoarding the pot of gold, when instead they should be fighting the Crown and the City of London, which are targeting Qantas and the unions as part of their imperial policy to destroy national economies and economic sovereignty.

“That means the unions should also be fighting the Labor Party, which has aided and abetted this conspiracy since Keating, the scumbag who privatised Qantas and boasted to Margaret Thatcher’s bagman Sir Alistair McAlpine, ‘I am going to tear the trade unions apart’.”

Isherwood concluded, “This is not just a union fight. After nearly 30 years of the British Crown’s free trade, economic rationalism and green fascism, Australia’s industrial economy is almost completely destroyed, and we have been reduced to a rubble-heap of mining tailings and household debt.

“It’s time for all Australians to fight this, and the only effective way to do that is to join the CEC.”
