10 Years Later details how two foreign governments—the Saudi and the British—have been implicated in the attacks, which has been covered up by both the Bush and Obama administrations.

LaRouche, an expert in international security and counterintelligence, first warned of terrorism in an international webcast on 3^rd January, 2001, eight months before the attacks: “What you’re going to get with a frustrated Bush Administration, if it’s determined to prevent itself from being opposed—its will—you’re going to get crisis management, where members of the Special Warfare types, of the Secret Government, the secret police teams, and so forth, will set off provocations, which will be used to bring about dictatorial powers and emotion, in the name of crisis management,” he said. “You will have small wars set off in various parts of the world, which the Bush Administration will respond to, with crisis-management methods of provocation. That’s what you’ll get. And that’s what the problem is, and you have to face that.”

On the morning of 11^th September, 2001, LaRouche was being interviewed live on the Jack Stockwell radio show in Utah, as the news of the attacks was breaking. Within minutes, before any official pronouncements, LaRouche said, “First of all, the first suspicion that’s going to be on this is Osama bin Laden”, but, LaRouche emphasised, the whole operation by its very nature had to be far more complex.

Then, when the news came through that the Pentagon too was attacked, LaRouche told Stockwell, “This means that there’s been some kind of either incompetence or a fix on the whole security operation, because you can’t get this kind of thing without a real goofup, on the security side. So somebody in charge of security was not really very effectively in charge. You can’t go around snatching planes in a coordinated fashion, like this. You can’t do it … Somebody wants this thing to go out of control. That’s why they’re doing this. This is not an attack; this is a provocation. It’s a provocation with an intention behind it. To create a programmed reaction from the institutions of the United States. This is not some dumb guy with a turban some place in the world, trying to get revenge for what’s going on in the Middle East. This is something different.”

10 Years Later documents:

• Twenty-four hours after the attacks, when all flights were grounded, a jet carrying the heads of British intelligence—MI6 and MI5—landed in Washington DC. The head of the CIA later commented he had no idea how the flight received clearance. Less than a week later, a flight was allowed to leave the U.S. carrying over 100 Saudis, including 24 members of the Bin Laden family.
• Until the year 2000, Osama bin Laden had maintained a luxury home in Wembley, London, harboured by the British government.
• Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan, the one-time Saudi ambassador to both London and Washington, brokered the Al-Yamamah arms deal with BAE Systems that provided a multi-billions slush fund for financing terrorism and arms deals, the investigation of which by Britain’s Fraud Office was personally shut down by Tony Blair.
• Prince Bandar and his wife, while he was ambassador to the U.S., personally financed the living arrangements and flight training in the U.S. of two of the identified 9/11 hijackers.
• The Saudi-British slush fund is still active, which presents the threat of more terrorist attacks.

In October 2007, LaRouche laid out the truth of 9/11 to an international webcast:

“In early January of 2001, before the inauguration of George W. Bush as President, I warned that the general nature of the catastrophe would be, that the U.S. economy would be a failure—the policies of Bush would be a total failure: We were headed into a downslide, which in fact has happened, all throughout this period. And the thing we had to fear, from inside the U.S. government, was that someone would set off a form of terrorist incident within the year, which would shock the nation into submission.

“In the summer of that year, 2001, the recession was fully on. The collapse was on; the political systems were shaken by the collapse. And then, on the famous September 11, someone, with cooperation from inside the highest levels of power in the United States, unleashed an incident which is called the 9/11 incident. That job was done with the complicity of the British Empire. It was done with complicity of elements in Saudi Arabia, as all the evidence would plainly tell you. That was a terrorist act, against the United States, done with complicity of people at a very high level inside the United States, with a coverup organised by people inside, a high level inside the United States.

“Now, certain facts are not known, and I shall not say what I know now. But I shall say, that I do know, beyond doubt, that 9/11 was an inside job. It was an inside job on behalf of what the Bush-Cheney Administration represents. And since that time, everybody who knows anything about the government, knows about our system, knows that more or less to be true. You see the behavior of members of the Congress and political institutions who are running scared! Because they know that kind of thing is on.”

A decade on, the shocking memory of 9/11 makes us reiterate our determination that this must never again be allowed to happen, but, equally, the way circles around Tony Blair and Dick Cheney twisted the attack to orchestrate the deadly invasion of Iraq on a deliberate lie, the ongoing quagmire of Afghanistan where soldiers are being ground up to effectively protect opium crops, and the fascist police-state laws which stripped away our fundamental rights, must motivate us to learn and expose the truth of 9/11.
