Fighting platform
Summary of the Fighting Platform
1. We must
implement a bankruptcy reorganisation of the global
financial system as prescribed by American physical
economist Lyndon LaRouche, led by a Four Powers Agreement
among the U.S., Russia, China, and India to break the back
of the British imperial monetarist system centered in London
and Wall Street, in order to implement a global Glass-Steagall
banking standard to end speculation; and a New Bretton Woods
international credit system with fixed exchange rates.

2. We must
establish an Australian Republic, in which the people
directly elect the President, with codified executive
powers, and in which the power to issue money and control
the economy is kept out of the hands of private agencies and
lies only with the people, through their elected
representatives.
3. We must
establish a National Bank and State Banks to provide loans
at 2% or less to agriculture (family farms), industry and
for infrastructure development.
Elaboration
4. We must repeal all the
recent fascist laws that have taken away the civil rights of
Australians, These include anti-union, “anti-terrorism”, and
“racial vilification” laws, among others.
5.We must
immediately halt the privatisation of Commonwealth and State
assets and regulatory bodies, and the reversal of past
privatisations wherever necessary for the public good.
Elaboration
6. We must
immediately implement a moratorium on foreclosures of
family homes and farms, as provided for in the CEC’s Homeowners and Bank Protection Bill 2007, to protect the
people from the fall-out of the global financial crisis,
while the debt is reorganised.
Elaboration
7. We must
eliminate the disastrous National Competition Policy at both
Federal and State levels.
Elaboration
8. We must
eliminate the Goods and Services Tax, which is a regressive
tax which hits poor and working class Australians the
hardest. A National Banking-centered, rapidly expanding
physical economy will provide all the tax revenue we need.
Elaboration
9. We must
nationalise Australia's oil and gas, and huge mineral
resources for the Common Good. This will stop the
Anglo-Dutch raw materials cartel from exploiting Australia’s
resources for their global power and profit, and instead
value those resources for their physical economic utility.
To ensure all Australians share in the wealth, the resources
will be processed in Australia, and value-added for export,
as well as greatly-expanded domestic use (see point 11).
Elaboration
10.We must
dramatically expand resources to State public health
facilities, so that all who need health care will receive it
promptly.
Elaboration
11. We must
dramatically upgrade State and Federal infrastructure, in
water projects, energy production (centered upon nuclear
power), railways (emphasising high-speed trains), schools
and hospitals, roads and other needed infrastructure to
provide urgently needed facilities, new jobs and to serve as
the driver for general economic recovery. We must also
launch an Australian space program, to be a science-driver
for the economy. These projects more than pay for themselves
by the economic activity they generate.
Elaboration
12. We must wage a
real war on drugs. The present "harm minimisation" policy is
a disaster, which merely expands drug usage. The war on
drugs must be fought with all the weapons of war, including
international cooperation to destroy the drug crops at their
source—which requires reversing the current military policy
of protecting the poppy fields of Afghanistan—and
dramatically expanded physical and human resources to our
police and other enforcement bodies. Most importantly, the
drug cartels presently launder an estimated $10 billion per
year through Australia's banks, without whose cooperation
the drug trade could not function; these banks, who have
also financed the decriminalisation/legalisation lobby in
this country, must be pursued ruthlessly.
13. We must
establish generous immigration quotas, for the same reason
which the Labor Party welcomed the "new Australians" after
World War II—to help build our nation. From the very
beginning, Australia has been a nation of hope and
opportunity for people of many nationalities and religious
backgrounds. While the CEC is opposed to the pious fraud
known as "multiculturalism", because it pits one group
against another, we warmly welcome those coming here to make
a better life for themselves and their families. They will
help build Australia (which will suffer a severe labor
shortage as the rest of this platform is implemented), just
as other generations of immigrants have done.
