EPA Rubber Stamps British Green Genocide Lunacy: Declares Carbon Dioxide a Pollutant

April 19, 2009 (LPAC)—The Environmental Protection Agency on April 17 issued a finding that carbon dioxide and five other gaseous emissions are pollutants, thus laying the basis for Federal action to limit economic activities that emit these substances, in the name of protecting the environment. This is exactly according to the script pushed in Washington, D.C., especially since January, 2007, by waves of British green fascists, including Sir Nicholas Stern, Tony Blair, Gorey Al and others.

Besides CO2, the EPA also typed as offensive to the environment: methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons and sulfur hexafluoride. A 60-day period of public comment now begins, and two public hearings will be held on the EPA findings in May.

Fred Singer, First Director of the Satellite Meteorology Service, said "that this finding if acted on would be like dropping an atomic bomb on the economy."

The newly-appointed Administrator of the EPA, Lisa Jackson, expedited the CO2 declaration, which had been sought by the green fascist movement for several years. According to a memo she sent to her staff yesterday, obtained by the Wall Street Journal, British-patsy Jackson said that the EPA findings are "the first formal recognition by the U.S. government of the threats posed by climate change." She said that the offending gases endanger "the health and welfare of current and future generations."

The EPA action plays handily into the Brutish imperial countdown to the Copenhagen world meeting on climate change in December. In terms of domestic U.S. policy, the threat is now posed to Congress to either expedite their own insane legislation to cap so-called greenhouse gas emissions, and set up a trade in emission-allowances, or to stand-by, and let the EPA and related Federal agencies do the same by their regulatory powers. A bill has already been filed by Democratic Representatives Waxman (California) and Markey (Massachusetts) to cap emissions. On April 10, White House spokesman Ben LaBolt, reiterated that Obama has a "strong preference" for "comprehensive legislation." He wants it by year-end.

Water vapor and soot were also given consideration to be classified as enemies of the planet, but were let off. (Not a joke).
