My fellow Australians: The lives of citizens almost everywhere in the world now hang by a thread. If the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey and other high-ranking American military officers had not recently argued vehemently against a British-orchestrated, Israeli-U.S. military attack on Iran, the greater part of humanity would have been vaporised, already now, in a global thermonuclear war. U.S. President Barack Obama—who favours such a strike—is nothing but a British puppet, whose 2008 election was financed by multi-billionaire George Soros, a front for the British Rothschild financial empire.

The cause of this imminent threat of global nuclear war is not the alleged atomic weapons program of Iran. All sixteen U.S. intelligence services asserted in their 2011 official National Intelligence Estimate (NIE), that this supposed Iranian program has not existed since 2003. The reason for the British push for war lies elsewhere, in the fact that the London-centred financial system that governs the entire trans-Atlantic world, is hopelessly bankrupt. This British monetarist empire—the system of “globalisation”—is currently pushing the world to the very edge of the nuclear abyss, in order to force Russia and China to their knees, to make them abandon their sovereignty and their high technology-oriented economic policies. The British fear that when their trans-Atlantic, Green-pivoted monetarist system collapses, then Russia, China, India and other parts of Asia will be left as the “last men standing”.

Kill Putin?

Therefore, the real targets of the present British/U.S. policy of “regime change” in Syria and Iran (following its implementation against Iraq and Libya), are Russia and China. This Anglo-American policy includes the threat of assassination against Vladimir Putin, and the building of a NATO missile defense system in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and elsewhere, ostensibly against Iran. However, since Iran has no long-range missiles, nor any present policy of developing nuclear warheads to arm them, the obvious target is Russia: to allow a British-directed U.S.A. to carry out a thermonuclear first strike against Russia, while eliminating most or all of a Russian nuclear response via this “missile defense system” stationed almost on Russia’s borders. This confrontation has escalated since Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, President of Russia from 2000-2008 and Prime Minister since then, announced several months ago that he would again compete for the Presidency of Russia on 4^th March of this year. During his first two presidential terms Putin had rescued Russia from the British-designed, genocidal “shock therapy” looting, imposed upon Russia during the 1990s following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. Open assassination threats against Putin are now multiplying in the British and U.S. “mainstream media”, as for example in a recent article in the U.S. magazine Foreign Policy, under the title, "Putin Is Already Dead"; or from Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky (who lives in London, like most Russian oligarchs in exile), who demanded that Putin be slaughtered like Qaddafi. This also includes the campaign by the British-directed and Soros-funded U.S. “Project Democracy” apparatus, which, under the transparently phony concern for “democracy”, has already conducted numerous “colour revolutions” such as the 2003 “Rose Revolution” in Georgia and the 2004 “Orange Revolution” in Ukraine, and now intends a “White Revolution” against Putin. These British/U.S.-financed provocateurs announced already last September that the 4^th December, 2011 parliamentary elections and then the 4^th March, 2012 presidential elections in Russia would be “fraudulent”.

Meanwhile, leading Russian officials, such as Chief of the Russian General Staff Nikolai Makarov, have issued repeated, chilling public warnings, that British/American provocations in the Middle East could quickly escalate into World War III. Typical was the interview which former Russian Interpol head General Vladimir Ovchinsky granted the widely-read Russian newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda on 22^nd February, which appeared under the headline, “Will World War III break out in 2012?” Among other things, Ovchinsky cited “the eminent economist Lyndon LaRouche”, as having forecast the present global financial collapse, “resulting from the overbloating of the monetarist system”, as the trigger for World War III.

Nuclear Winter

If the present British plans for a U.S.-led thermonuclear first strike against Russia and China by the three U.S. thermonuclear-armed aircraft carrier groups now stationed in the eastern Mediterranean and the Arabian Sea under cover of the manufactured “crises” in Syria and Iran actually happen, perhaps nothing will remain of humanity. Once the Russians and Chinese detect evidence of U.S./British launching of thermonuclear missiles, they will have no choice but to launch everything they have in response. The very nature of thermonuclear war demands that the entire arsenal be launched in the first strike, given that you won’t get a second chance. U.S. General Dempsey and other senior U.S. military figures understand this reality, therefore their strident opposition to British puppet Obama’s escalation against Syria and Iran.

If other regions of the world were not wiped out directly in thermonuclear exchanges, they would still suffer a “Nuclear Winter”, which would blot out the sunlight across the entire world, and lead to continuously freezing conditions for at least a year, during which all crops and farm animals would perish. All human beings who did not take refuge in some self-sufficient bunker would die, but even for the leadership elites in these bunkers, death would be certain, with only a small delay, via the radioactive contamination of the world’s atmosphere. War can no longer be a means of resolving conflicts in the age of thermonuclear weapons. Instead, the major world powers should unite to carry out such “common aims of humanity”, as those detailed, for instance, by physical economist Lyndon LaRouche. These include plans for the “Strategic Defense of Earth” against deadly asteroid collisions; the mastery of such devastating natural disasters as earthquakes and tsunamis; the peaceful exploration and development of the Arctic region as a stepping stone for joint programs to colonise the Moon and Mars; and the construction of massive infrastructure projects across the globe, such as the Bering Strait Tunnel between Russian Siberia and Alaska, which would unite all continents in the world by rail.

Given a threat that potentially risks the existence of the human species, the question is posed to each individual: Can we turn away from this insanity in time, and dedicate ourselves—together with Russia and China—to the common aims of humanity? Australians have been betrayed by our leaders, who have supported this war drive, even to the extent of allowing Obama to establish a Marine base in Darwin aimed at China, which probably makes Australia a nuclear target, as well. Join with the CEC to fight for a radical change in Australian foreign policy, that spurns Britain’s imperial games—including their privatisation, deregulation and free trade policies which have looted and almost destroyed this country—and forges a collaborative relationship with our Asian neighbours based on mutual economic development.
