Last week’s World Wetlands Day celebrated the 2nd February, 1971 adoption of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands of International Importance, the world’s first environmental treaty. Lauded by Tony Burke’s Environment Department, Ramsar serves as the fraudulent basis upon which the Murray-Darling Basin food bowl is presently being shut down.
The Ramsar treaty was crafted by two of the most notorious eugenicists of the 20th century, British Eugenics Society President Sir Julian Huxley, and Max Nicholson, former secretary to the British Crown’s Privy Council and the acknowledged high priest of post-World War II environmentalism. The same two co-founded the three major world directorates of Green Fascism: the British Nature Conservancy, one of four permanent research bodies under the Privy Council; and the Nature Conservancy’s two stepchildren, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and Prince Philip’s World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
The intent of these three British Crown fronts is to reduce the world’s human population to less than one billion people, according to public statements by Queen Elizabeth’s personal climate change envoy Professor Hans Schellnhuber.
Prince Philip himself told the German news agency Deutsche Presse-Agentur in 1988 that he would like to see such mass murder: “In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation.”
Ramsar was founded as still another British Royal project toward the same end. Max Nicholson keynoted the 1971 Ramsar conference, a year after publishing his book with the revealing title, “The Environmental Revolution: A Guide for the New Masters of the World”. There he crowed that the Wetlands treaty would be used to smash national sovereignty: “Ducks Unlimited Means Sovereignty Superseded”, all the better to slash the world’s population.
The stated purpose of Ramsar is to “preserve ecosystems”, in particular “wetlands”. Yet, the very notion of “ecosystems” is itself a scam, as the CEC documents in its explosive new video, “Ecosystems: A Genocidal Fraud”. It was invented in 1935 by Sir Arthur Tansley, a co-worker of Julian Huxley and Max Nicholson, and the founding president of the British Nature Conservancy. Like Huxley and Nicholson, Tansley was an ardent eugenicist and advocate of “one-world government”, one to be established under the pretext of “preserving the environment”.
Tansley cooked up his ecosystem fraud under the influence of his mentor Lord Bertrand Russell, who openly demanded measures to kill off masses of human beings. The following, for instance, is from Russell’s 1951 book “The Impact of Science on Society”, where he decried the then 58,000 per day increase in population:
“War, so far, has had no very great effect on this increase, which continued throughout each of the world wars. … War … has hitherto been disappointing in this respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove more effective. If a Black Death could be spread throughout the world once in every generation survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full. … The state of affairs might be somewhat unpleasant, but what of that? Really high-minded people are indifferent to happiness, especially other people’s.”
This is the genocidal mindset that is using the Ramsar Wetlands treaty to destroy the heart of Australia’s food production, the Murray-Darling Basin, which feeds more than 60 million people.
