Bank separation introduced into Swedish parliament third year in a row
October 10, 2013 • 12:04PM
The green party of Sweden, Miljoepartiet, has again made a motion in the parliament for bank separation with the head line: "Separate trading activity from regular banking activity". This is the third year in row and now the two original MP-parliamentarians are joined by three others, including the important Jonas Eriksson who is the chairman of the Parliament committee for business. This ensures that the bank separation will be on the Parliament agenda this year too.
