Question: Is Obama's Brain Melting Down Faster Than the World Economy?

September 28, 2009 (LPAC)—That question is raised by today's White House announcement, that on Oct. 1, the day after the U.S. federal government will not be able to close its books for fiscal year 2009, President Barack Obama will fly to Copenhagen, to personally lobby for Chicago to be the site of the summer Olympic Games in 2016!

Lyndon LaRouche laughed his head off at the report. "The world economy is crashing down, and he wants to get the Olympics! A prize for him! The only question is whether his brain is melting down more rapidly than the economy. It is a foot race."

Senior Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett met with Blair on Sept. 22 in New York City, reportedly on how to handle the U.S. Olympic bid. Jarrett and First Lady Michelle Obama had been set to lead the lobbying effort, but Blair explained how he had personally lobbied successfully to get the Olympic Committee to make London the venue for the 2012 games. So Mr. Ego Obama booked his flight to Copenhagen.
