The Curtain Has Been Pulled on the Wizard of Oz

September 4, 2009 (LPAC)-- With these words, a staff member of a Democratic Congressman characterized the current state of Barack Obama. In the movie, after Dorothy appears before the Wizard of Oz and reports that she has melted the wicked witch of the west, she says that she now wants to go home: "We'd like you to keep your promise." The Wizard of Oz tells her to return tomorrow and blusters: "Not so fast, not so fast. I have to give the matter a little thought." "Do you presume to criticize the great Oz. Don't arouse the wrath of the great and powerful Oz. The great Oz has spoken." Dorothy demands that he keep his promise: "If you were really great and powerful you would keep your promise." The wizard of Oz rants: "You ungrateful creatures. Consider yourself lucky that I am giving you audience now and not 20 years from now." At that point the little dog Toto runs over and pulls the curtain open. Thoroughly exposed, the wizard melts and pleads: "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain." Dorothy asks: "Who are you?" He responds that he is the Wizard of Oz. But the scarecrow tells him: "You are humbug." Crushed, he agrees: "I'm a humbug." Dorothy then says: "You are a very bad man." And he replies. "No, I'm a very good man. I am just a very bad wizard."

Lyndon LaRouche thought that this characterization of Obama was very good and that Obama would not like it one bit.

Faced with a growing mass strike against his policies led by Lyndon LaRouche, Obama is hiding behind a curtain carrying out the same "unitary executive" policy pioneered by Dick Cheney following 9/11.

As LaRouche said today, the White House is dysfunctional. Thus, the President is in hiding. His ideas are all no good, and he is not yet ready to accept any alternative.

Look at what he is doing. On economic policy he sends out Vice President Joe Biden to praise the stimulus program, which is an abysmal failure. On heathcare, he plans to address a joint session of Congress next week to insist on a Nazi policy which has already been rejected by the American people. And at the same time, he plans to expand the war in Afghanistan, which has already gone on for nearly nine years, as expressed today at a press conference by Gates and Mullen.

While Obama continues to deny the fact that his policy is a T-4 euthanasia policy, as a result of what we have done in the U.S. under LaRouche's unwavering commitment to the truth, now the curtain has been pulled on Obama, and the truth is finally coming out in Great Britain itself.

Today, the Daily Telegraph printed a letter from several doctors and ran a major story exposing the fact that in 2004, when Tony Blair was Prime Minister, NICE implemented a program called the "Liverpool Care Pathway." This program, which has now spread throughout the British NHS, establishes guidelines allowing doctors to euthanize any patient whom they determine is close to death. Within four hours of such a determination, a syringe driver is installed and the person is subjected to "continuous deep sedation," combined with denial of water and food. Doctors denounce this policy as a policy of "involuntary euthanasia."

In the year 2007-2008, 16.5 percent of the total deaths in the UK were the result of "continuous deep sedation." That means that 1 out of every 6 deaths in the UK under the Blair NICE system, which Obama plans to implement in the U.S., was the result of euthanasia.

What do you call such a policy and practice, other than Nazi?

Obama intends to implement Hitler's T-4 euthanasia program in the U.S. as we have said, as it has already been implemented in Tony Blair's UK.

LaRouche said again today, Hitler had no power to enforce his longstanding euthanasia policies, without war.

Cheney did the same thing with the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. Cheney used the attacks to go for dictatorship, and along the way, he and others made sure there was never a true investigation into 9/11. Obama has adopted the same unitary executive dictatorial approach as Cheney. This is clear by his actions, especially his approach to the health care issue. He is acting unconstitutionally. One cannot help but look back on the events of 2005 and 2006 with the rushed nominations of Samuel Alito and John Roberts to the Supreme Court, and conclude that they were put on the court to defend the unitary executive policies of Cheney.

So, Cheney and Obama are no different than Hitler and Mussolini were. They all agree on the need for dictatorship, as Obama has made clear in his health care policy.

LaRouche also characterized the looming Afghan troop buildup as "McChrystal Clear Folly."

Obama, LaRouche continued, is more stupid than Bush. He doesn't understand what he is doing. He merely "wills it to be." He does not feel the need to make excuses. He merely looks to circumvent obstacles to his insane policies. He doesn't know the meaning of the words he is using.

Since we cannot impeach him at this time, he must be kept in office, and surround him with advisors who will assure that he does not attempt any policies damaging to the nation. Remember, Nero was a coward. His acts of ruthlessness were done out of cowardice. It is the cowardice of the soldier who goes flight forward in combat.

So you cannot reason or compromise with Obama's bad policies. Like Hitler, you have to crush him, to bring him under control. Best to get him under control and keep him under control.
