Tony Blair Made Killing the Elderly Enforceable

September 3, 2009 (LPAC)—Tony Blair personally pushed through Britain's Parliament in 2005, in the face of much opposition, the Mental Capacity Act, which permits, and in certain circumstances demands, assisted suicide, i.e., that doctors starve and dehydrate patients to death, on penalty of going to jail should they refuse. Aided by an inner circle of Blairites, including an individual who is central to the cover-up of David Kelly's murder, Blair established the law, known openly as the "living will law," which is a precedent for Obama's health-care reform.

Exuding unctuous "compassion", the Act states that it deals with the aged or mentally disturbed "who lack capacity," having an "inability to make decisions," and who are "vulnerable." Should those people sign or be pressured into signing a living will at any point in their life, including "vulnerable" old age, prior to their mental incapacity, the CMA will ruthlessly insist that that living will be enforced.

According to the August 13, 2006 Daily Mail, the Mental Capacity Act establishment of a new Court of Protection for the function of "policing" the workings of the Act is the "first legal tribunal in Britain to hold life-and-death powers since the abolition of the death penalty in 1965." In 2006, Blair's friend, Lord Chancellor Charles Falconer issued a threatening warning to doctors that they would face criminal charges, and possibly jail, as well as compensation claims should they refuse to abide by living wills that order that all treatment (including food and water) be stopped. Blair faced a storm of protest in his attempt to pass the Mental Capacity Act, from mental health organizations, and religious and political groups, several of whom openly accused Blair of the crime of euthanasia.

The Blair intimates whom he deployed to strong arm the Mental Capacity Act through Parliament include:

DAVID LAMMY, the bill's lead sponsor, and a Briton who is black, used his Harvard connections to become Barack Obama's good friend in 2005, and a Blair channel to Obama. Currently, a member of the British Privy Council, and Minister of State for Higher Education, Lammy delivered the keynote address at the Fabian Society's Nov. 8, 2008 meeting on Europe's future in light of the U.S. Presidential election.

LORD CHARLES FALCONER, cited above, performed the dirty work for the CMA's passage, from his post as both Lord Chancellor of the realm, and as the British equivalent of Minister of Justice. A close friend of Blair since the early 1970s, Falconer is the first person whom Blair had the Queen knight when Blair became British Prime Minister in 1997. Falconer also played a key role in the cover-up of the death of Dr. David Kelly, a nuclear weapons expert, who charged Tony Blair with "sexing up" reports of Saddam Hussein's ability to imminently produce nuclear weapons, which was the pretext for the Iraq invasion in 2002. Kelly was found dead in 2003, a murder that was ruled to be a suicide by the cover-up Hutton Commission. Norman Baker, a former British Liberal Democratic Party front-bencher charged in 2005 that none other than Falconer ordered Coroner Nicholas Gardiner to halt his forensic investigation, which would have pinpointed the reason for Kelly's death, and instead turn over the probe to the Hutton Commission.

In June 2009, Falconer submitted a bill to Britain's House of Lords, which would have made it legal for British subjects to go to Switzerland to have "mercy deaths" performed on them.
