The Terminal Phase of a Nero Complex

September 2, 2009 (LPAC)-- The situation around the White House is totally unravelling. The Rasmussen tracking poll shows only a 45% approval rating for Obama, the lowest ever, with 53% disapproval. Columnist David Brooks says Obama's approval has dropped the fastest of any President in history. Thirty percent strongly approve, while 41% strongly disapprove, for an approval index of -11%.

Obama came back from his Martha's Vineyard vacation, only to leave for another four-day vacation at Camp David after two vacation days in the White House.

The expectation is that Obama will give a major speech announcing not only big troop increases for Afghanistan, but a big increase in expenditures there. The fear is that the population will go crazy, and Congress will reject it.

Lyndon LaRouche commented, "From his psychological profile, what Obama will do is to blame me."

Amidst the total incomprehension of the Mass Strike in Washington, Speaker Pelosi has announced a meeting for all Democratic Congressmen next week in the basement of the Capitol, as soon as Congress returns to Washington. She may have had the votes for Obama's so-called health reform back in June and July, but she definitely doesn't have them now. Two options are being pursued. Pelosi will try to come with some formulation to get back the missing votes by altering and splitting-up bills. The other option is Rahm Emanuel's, who will also be leading the meeting, which is to bust heads, and beat the crap out of everybody.

Both of them are completely freaked out about us.

Meanwhile, the lid is about to blow on the bank failures and the bailout. The FDIC is broke. A briefing was given to a big private equity fund by the Administration, telling them that by September 15, the FDIC will be out of money.

Everything is unravelling, and there's panic at the White House. Obama is panicked, and there's a sense of total loss of control. Both Rahm Emanuel and Larry Summers are going into wild outbursts and fits. LaRouche said, "The Nero factor is coming to the fore in Obama's psychology. It's rage. Look at Nero's history, and you can chart out how far out on the rage chart Obama now is. The only thing that Obama trusts at this point is his own rage."

Many are shaken by the magnitude of the freakout. LaRouche said they have no concept of reality; they're rejecting reality.

A source who had worked with Emanuel earlier said that he had always been a pain in the ass, but never out of control as he is now. That whole group in the White House shows nothing but disrespect both for key individuals, and also the institutions of government.

LaRouche responded, "The Nero image comes up everywhere. There are famous movie posters and scenes from relevant movies of Nero. We're in the terminal phase of a Nero complex. Obama's only way out is to accept my offer, dump Rahm Emanuel, talk to me, and some solution can be worked out to put the Presidency back under control.
