The alternative to the British-Obama war drive against Russia and China which threatens to destroy humanity in a thermonuclear world war, is the NAWAPA XXI development program, which will advance the economic power of the whole world and engender a spirit of cooperation among nations.
NAWAPA—the North American Water and Power Alliance—will be the biggest infrastructure project in the history of the world, transporting water from Alaska and Canada along the Rocky Mountains for irrigation in the southern U.S. and Mexico. It is detailed in a new, 92-page LaRouchePAC Special Report, NAWAPA XXI, available as a pdf, or in hard copy from the CEC.

NAWAPA is not simply a North American project. It will benefit the entire world, just as America’s Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) project in the 1930s inspired hydroelectric developments worldwide and led to the peaceful use of nuclear power, both of which directly boosted world living standards.
An American nation committed to NAWAPA will have the basis for genuine cooperation with Russia and China, both nations being fully committed to their own plans for grand-scale economic development to raise and secure the living standards of their people. This is the pathway for the U.S. to turn around its presently collapsing economy, caused by its many decades of submission to the parasitical monetarist policies dictated by the City of London and Wall Street. It will also end the present danger of global thermonuclear war being schemed by the British to stop the developing Asian economies from rising to ascendency as the British-controlled trans-Atlantic monetary system collapses in bankruptcy.
Australians should be inspired by NAWAPA XXI to renew our national cooperation with the United States around real economic development. In the past such cooperation blessed the Australian economy with the Snowy Mountains Scheme and the irrigation regions of the Murray-Darling Basin.
The LaRouchePAC Special Report NAWAPA XXI includes:
-
A history of NAWAPA, including the enthusiastic development outlook of President John F. Kennedy, whose assassination saw the original NAWAPA proposal shelved.
-
Specifications of the NAWAPA system requirements, which clearly demonstrate how enormously its construction will be an immediate boost to the U.S. economy and those of its cooperating partners.
-
A summary of the benefits of NAWAPA in terms of water and agriculture.
-
Crucially, a detailed explanation of national banking and its history going back to America’s First Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton, by which NAWAPA, despite its enormous scale, will be fully funded.
