LaRouche Youth Movement push U.S. Democrats to impeach Cheney
The California State Democratic Party Convention last weekend was
historic, with members of the LaRouche Youth Movement (LYM) stepping up to take
political responsibility for the future of the Democratic Party Leadership. The
LYM introduced a resolution to impeach Dick Cheney, which triggered a huge
brawl.
The convention, which reportedly declined a request from Al Gore to speak,
elected a LaRouche Youth Movement leader known across the state for his recent
leadership in battling the "global warming" hoax and associated policies of Al
Gore, to a position of statewide organizing responsibility. Quincy O'Neal was
elected vice-chairman of the State Democratic Black Caucus at its convention
meeting, by a 52-35 vote.
After speaking before the Filipino Caucus about the great projects of
LaRouche's Eurasian Landbridge, LYM member Wynneal Inocentes was nominated for a
position. The former Treasurer of the Caucus then announced that he would step
aside and asked that Wynneal be elected instead. Uncontested, Wynneal was then
elected to the post of Corresponding Secretary for the Filipino Caucus.
After concerted LYM organising, and word coming in that the Louisiana state
Democratic Party executive committee had unanimously approved the Kucinich Bill
of Impeachment for Cheney, introduced by the LaRouche caucus of Louisiana, the
Californian Party finally passed a resolution stating that if a Congressional
investigation finds that crimes have been committed by the Administration,
punitive action should be taken, including impeachment.
The Californian Democratic Party is the largest of any state in the U.S.
