Nerobama in Rapid Self-Destruct Since Massachusetts

January 27, 2010 (LPAC)—Lyndon LaRouche has said that since the Massachusetts election Nov. 19, Obama, who he has shown is the same identical type as the Roman emperor Nero, is on the same rapid dive into self-destruction as Nero took, whether or not Obama literally, physically commits suicide as Nero did at the end.

Look at some indications of this from his public statements. ABC's George Stephanopoulos did a long interview the day after the election, in which Obama repeatedly claimed that his problem is that he's simply too good, too virtuous for the American people. They've misunderstood him. An example:

"And, you know, If there's one thing that I regret this year, is that we were so busy just getting stuff done and dealing with the immediate crises that were in front of us, that I think we lost some of that sense of speaking directly to the American people about what their core values are and why we have to make sure those institutions are matching up with those values. And that I do think is a mistake of mine. I think the assumption was, if I just focus on policy, if I just focus on the, you know this provision, or that law, or are we making a good, rational decision here —"

STEPHANOPOULOS: "That people would get it."

OBAMA: "That people will get it. And I think that, you know, what they've ended up seeing is this feeling of remoteness and detachment where, you know, there's these technocrats up here, these folks who are making decisions. Maybe some of them are good, maybe some aren't, but do they really get us and what we're going through? And I think that I can do a better job of that and partly because I do believe that we're in a stronger position now than we were in a year ago."

Unsaid but clearly expressed, is that Obama/Nero will take his revenge on these ungrateful Americans!

In another relevant observation, Arkansas Democratic Congressman Marion Berry, one of those who have decided not to run again, rather than be defeated, "recounted meetings with White House officials, reminiscent of some during the Clinton days, where he and others urged them not to force Blue Dogs "off into that swamp" of supporting bills that would be unpopular with voters back home.

"I've been doing that with this White House, and they just don't seem to give it any credibility at all," he told the Arkansas Democrat Gazette recently. "They just kept telling us how good it was going to be. The president himself, when that was brought up in one group, said 'Well, the big difference here and in '94 was you've got ME [rather than Bill Clinton].' We're going to see how much difference that makes now," Berry countered after Massachusetts.

And in this week's idolatrous ABC interview Jan. 25, Obama told Diane Sawyer, "I'd rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president."
