Mass Strike Nails Congress at Town Meetings: "You Work for Us!" "What Kind of Health Care Do YOU Have!"

November 17, 2009 (LPAC)—The White House and Pelosi zombies in Congress continue to deny the mass strike, but in a new round of town meetings during the November recess, Democratic Congressmen Brad Sherman (D-CA) and Kathy Castor (D-FL) got the brunt of voter anger in a series of standing-room-only town meetings, where the vote for the Nazi health care plan, forced by the White House and Nancy Pelosi was a leading issue.

LaRouche PAC organizers in California were at Brad Sherman's town meeting—the largest one he ever had, with 1,200 people there. The attendees challenged Sherman with shouts of "What kind of health care do YOU have?" and signs that read, "50 percent of my income goes to health insurance." Sherman reportedly tried to calm voters with his record of opposing the bailout, but the crowd would not let him off the hook.

Rep. Kathy Castor, who comes from the Tampa area, faced a crowd so large that police had to turn the voters away, and shut the doors. Protesters were shouting "You work for us" and "Hear our voice." A scuffle broke out when police turned people away, and protesters banged on the door throughout the entire town meeting.
