Obama To Spend the Next Three Days (Over)Exposing Himself

September 20, 2009 (LPAC)—A number of papers published commentaries asking the question whether Obama's appearances on five Sunday talk shows (ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and Spanish language Univision), will backfire on him.

"More isn't always better when it comes to a President's words," says former Clinton White House press secretary Dee Dee Myers. "This is something they need to be concerned about." Former G.W. Bush press secretary Ari Fleischer concurs, adding "In the White House, you start to look at your boss through such rose colored glasses that you lose your ability to make objective decisions." Which is, of course, exactly what a Narcissus wants to be surrounded by.

Obama won't be stopping on Sunday, however. On Monday, Sept. 21, Obama will also appear on the David Letterman show in New York, the first sitting President ever to do so. The Letterman interview comes in the midst of a wild schedule throughout the week. He'll be in New York on Monday and Tuesday, where he'll not only address the UN General Assembly, but also a UN climate conference, and will preside over a meeting of the UN Security Council. In between, he'll have bilateral meetings with the leaders of Russia, China and Japan. Then Wednesday, he's off to Pittsburgh for the G20 summit.

What will Obama fatigue turn into by then?

Nausea and fatigue?
