LaRouche On Scientific Psychology

September 13, 2009 (LPAC)--Speaking on Sunday afternoon, Lyndon LaRouche previewed a scientific issue of psychology which he intends to treat in writing over the coming days. "The secret about President Obama," he said, "which will be more and more recognized, especially among experts in these matters,— one of the key problems of President Obama, is that he's actually STUPID. In a sense, you have to compare him, on this account, with his spiritual ancestor, the Emperor Nero, who was also stupid. But this is often the case, that certain types of people, who tend to be bullies, are often stupid. You will find also, that the types that he's associated with, the types he likes, are the behaviorist types. But behaviorists are, systemically, stupid.

"The problem is," he continued, "if you think about that... Think of the fellow who flunked Harvard. That was one of the best things they ever did in recent times, was to kick him out! Kicked him out! Flunked him!

"But, the point is that people who are so fascinated with trying to get their own will, in a reckless way, with disregard for everything they should pay attention to, are able to do that, because they are determined to have their way.

"You have a guy who is very low IQ," LaRouche noted, "and he can't understand things. And he's very angry about the fact that he's going through life, and people are talking about things which he doesn't understand. He becomes angrier, and angrier, and angrier. And then he says, 'I'm going to be the King, and then you'll have to respect me!' That's what you're dealing with, with this poor creep.

"Think about the behaviorists," he reiterated. "What's the characteristic of the behaviorists? What's the characteristic of the President's rationale for his healthcare policy? Or this whole crowd, like Ezekiel Emanuel? They disregard the question of intelligence, as distinct from animal intelligence, so-called. The very notion of 'behaviorism,' is that thinking either doesn't exist, or else, it is so trivial it can be neglected in favor of 'behavior.' And the President is of that mind!

"It also goes with the Narcissus type," LaRouche specified. "The Narcissus type is the type who wants to be, intellectually, emotionally, a bully. Compare Obama's tendency for bullying, and his tendency towards the habits of a dictator such as Adolf Hitler or Mussolini, whom he's coming more and more to resemble. Obama's rage fits, are resembling more and more the rage-fits of Mussolini and Hitler. And that's what our citizens ought to know, and ought to pay attention to.

"That his passion is rooted not in his intelligence," LaRouche concluded, "but in his stupidity. If you follow him carefully, and look at what he says, and how he composes words, he doesn't have any intelligible meaning behind his use of certain formulations, the ones he organizes around. But insists upon subservience to those statements, even though they're systemically meaningless and illiterate, because he intends to impose his will, without having the intelligence to qualify for those considerations."
