The Nazi Partners of NICE, Obama's British Instructor

June 5, 2009 (LPAC)—The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) is the official, British mother agency for the Obama Administration's proposed Nazi medical rationing policy. The Crown's NICE has the charge of rationing and denial of health care to Britain's elderly and seriously ill. The Institute created "NICE International" last year in order to advise non-white countries on how to overcome high populations by cutting medical care.

NICE International has announced on its website that it is working out this death agenda with three partners inside the United States, listed below. Two of them are Nazi-legacy institutes, and the third is the health insurance industry's own center for the Obama Administration's cost-cutting euthanasia policy.

1) Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Founded by John D. Rockefeller, this school was an adjunct to the British eugenics movement, and was the historical center for the application of eugenics to population reduction. The school's chief (1918-1940) Raymond Pearl was a protege of British race-war fanatic Karl Pearson. Pearl led the Hitler-allied eugenics movement in the direction which Julian Huxley wanted, and which the Rockefeller Family paid for, in order to keep Nazi policies alive after Hitler was gone. Pearl founded the International Union for the Scientific Study of Population Problems, and his Johns Hopkins School worked in tandem with the American Eugenics Society and the Population Council to shape policies for curbing the non-white peoples.

2) RTI International, a company which houses the database for the Human Genome Project. The Project is home for most of today's Hitler-legacy activism in pushing genetically-based psychology and the alleged hereditary inferiority of targeted sectors of humanity. RTI International's current pursuit of euthanasia medical cost cutting is based in the North Carolina university setting which is notorious historically for the mad-doctor sterilization adventures of the Gray family and the Eugenics Society.

3) The Center for Medical Technology Policy, devoted to the "comparative effectiveness" strategy at the heart of the Obama Nazi medical policy. The center boasts that its projects are funded by Aetna, Blue Shield of California Foundation, California Healthcare Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, Kaiser, the National Pharmaceutical Council, Pfizer, and United Healthcare Foundation.
