Democrats May Be Running Scared, But Some Republicans Are Picking Up On LaRouche's Obama Narcissus Polemic

May 25, 2009 (LPAC)—While we continue to get wild freakouts from many Democrats, over Lyndon LaRouche's blunt talk about President Barack Obama's Narcissus Complex, increasingly, some Republican Party circles are enthusiastically picking up on the issue, seeing it as both truthful, and their best opportunity to exploit the soon-to-be-obvious public break with the President's disastrous policies.

The most dramatic indication of the GOP adapting to LaRouche's cogent warnings about the President's Nero Complex is the May 2009 issue of the right-wing Whistleblower Magazine, affiliated with WorldNet Daily, of Joseph Farah.  The cover of the magazine features a portrait photograph of President Obama, above the headline, "Narcissist in Chief:  Experts Explain What Makes Barack Obama Tick."  The entire issue of the magazine is devoted to a series of articles, several by licensed psychiatrists, including one titled "Barack Obama:  Narcissist or merely narcissistic?," and another titled "New Study: Narcissists crave power."

The promo for the May issue could have been lifted directly from Lyndon LaRouche's April 11, 2009, webcast: "Beyond Obama's political ideology, many Americans are troubled also by his strange personality attributes:  He greatly exaggerates his achievements, expects constant praise and admiration, believes he's special, doesn't appear to concern himself with other people's feelings, expresses disdain for those he feels are inferior, sets unrealistic goals, appears as tough-minded and unemotional, and other qualities—all of which are textbook symptoms of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Indeed, the word 'narcissist' is increasingly being applied to America's 44th president... Is the president of the United States indeed a narcissist, a condition psychology and psychiatry recognize as a serious personality disorder?"

Increasingly, we are seeing factions within the Republican Party taking on President Obama, following the lead set by Lyndon LaRouche. It is obvious that there are partisan ulterior motives, driving some of the GOP attacks on Obama's Nero Complex, but this is the natural consequence of a vast majority of Democrats "going along to get along," despite the overtly Fascist and Nazi character of some of the President's signature policies.  If the Democrats in Congress and around the country don't wake up to this problem soon, and take action, there is no doubt that the Republicans will exploit the already building popular outrage at the fact that things have gotten worse, not better, since Obama was sworn in.
